Heritage School District is awaiting a meeting today with area
Superintendents with Champaign Urbana Public Health District and
director Julie Pryde. Yesterday, due to higher numbers of COVID cases,
probable cases, hospitalizations, and people in quarantine in Champaign
County, area schools were directed to consider going to a full remote
instruction model and to suspend in person learning until January 5,
2021. Heritage School District is seeking to keep in person learning
into next week prior to Thanksgiving Break and this will be discussed
more with the Heritage School Board at our regular meeting Monday
night. More information will be forthcoming. In person learning will
continue until further announcements through our web site, phone app,
and social media platforms.
