Good Afternoon,
We had a faulty sensor on our fire alarm at the elementary/junior high and the school was evacuated.Thank goodness it was a beautiful day. All learning has resumed to normal.
The 8th grade spent several weeks learning about displacement, buoyancy, and the Archimedes Principle. They tested out their boats to see if they would stay afloat! Such a fun day of learning!

The Heritage FFA thanked our farmers and many local partners with a delicious lunch made by our grill masters and efficient team! Such a beautiful day for it!

Hello ,Hawk Families!
Last month, Heritage Elementary/Junior High raised $461 for the American Cancer Society through our Caps for Cancer service project. Thank you again for your support!
This month, our Elementary/Junior High Character Strong service project is collecting funds for St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Emma, a Heritage 5th grader, asked our school community to take on a challenge between grade levels to see which group of students could raise the most funds for St. Jude. Even though the name "Penny Drive" may seem like students may only bring pennies, any type of loose change or bills may be brought in, with your approval. Each grade level has a bucket to contribute to. The money will be counted at the end of month and the winning grade level will receive donuts as a prize!
We understand that your family may not want or be able to support each service project we do. There is no pressure to participate. Our goal is to give students at Heritage ways to contribute to meaningful causes in an assortment of ways. We thank you for any contribution, big or small, your family can make!
Heritage High School honored some stellar students today. We enjoyed celebrating them with their families at breakfast and at a school wide celebration!
