Dr. Norton is currently an Assistant Superintendent for Urbana Schools & has extensive administrative & teaching experience in Central Illinois. She and her husband Andy were thrilled with her hiring and she will begin transition planning with Mr. Davis, who retires on June 30.
The Heritage School Board this morning at a special meeting, concluding an executive search process conducted through Illinois Association of School Boards, approved Dr. Kimberly Norton as the next Superintendent of Schools for Heritage CUSD #8 beginning July 1, 2024.
